Co-Founder
Peter A. Smith is a Boston-based entrepreneur and Co-Founder of BASE – Business Assistance for Small Enterprises, where he provides hands-on, practical support to entrepreneurs building and growing small businesses.

Peter brings over 20 years of experience writing, managing, and supporting grant-funded programs across life sciences and for-profit business, including work at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, Harvard Medical School, and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where he managed millions of dollars in NIH-funded programs within financial and grants operations.

With more than 20 years of public speaking experience across instructional, leadership, and community settings, Peter combines clear communication with structured planning—helping business owners articulate their ideas and make confident, informed decisions.
Andreza R. Smith
Co-Founder
Andreza has been a Boston-based small business owner for nearly a decade with over 20 years of experience in public speaking and one-on-one life coaching. She has guided and coached individuals pursuing entrepreneurial paths, helping them gain clarity, confidence, and practical direction.

Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Cape Verdean Creole, and proficient in Spanish, Andreza brings strong linguistic and cultural awareness to her work. As Co-Owner of BASE – Business Assistance for Small Enterprises, she focuses on training, client support, and building systems that work in the real world.
