Service Description
Our initial 60-minute session is designed to help us understand where you currently stand in your business journey and how BASE can best support you moving forward. Whether you are starting with a new business idea, refining an existing plan, or trying to bring more structure to a business already in motion, this session helps clarify what stage you are in and what your next steps should be. Together, we will identify your immediate needs, discuss your goals, and look at the areas that may need the most attention right now. That may include questions around planning, structure, finances, branding, readiness, or other key parts of building and growing a small business. The purpose of this session is not to overwhelm you, but to help you gain clearer direction and a better understanding of what your business needs most. From there, we begin outlining a practical foundation for the next steps so you are not left guessing about what to do next. Instead of generic advice, you leave with greater clarity, stronger direction, and a clearer path forward based on your business, your goals, and your current stage. This session is designed to help you move forward with more confidence, better focus, and the support needed to build on a stronger foundation.
Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions By booking a service, session, consultation, or package with BASE, you agree to the following terms: Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are not confirmed until payment is received. Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability and must be booked in advance. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and may count as a used appointment or session. Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable and may be counted as completed services. Refunds: Single services or sessions are non-refundable once booked. Packages are non-refundable after the first session, appointment, or service has taken place. Unused services may not be refunded, though BASE may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling or credit toward future services. Package Use: Package sessions or services must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Client Responsibility: BASE services are collaborative. Progress and results depend on the client’s participation, preparation, responsiveness, and follow-through. No Guaranteed Results: BASE provides guidance, support, strategy, and related services to help clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Results will vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Scope of Services: BASE services are provided for educational, informational, professional, and business support purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice or any other licensed professional service unless explicitly stated. Professional Conduct: BASE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or any behavior that disrupts the service process or working relationship. Changes to Services or Policies: BASE reserves the right to update these terms, pricing, or service structure at any time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to that purchase. Agreement: By booking a service with BASE, you acknowledge and agree to these terms so we can create a clear, professional, and productive experience.
