Analisamos detalhadamente o estágio atual da sua ideia ou plano de negócios, identificamos seus pontos fortes e esclarecemos o que diferencia sua empresa da concorrência. Seja você um empreendedor iniciante, esteja aprimorando uma ideia existente ou organizando o que já possui, esta sessão ajuda a estruturar e direcionar seus próximos passos. A partir daí, orientamos você nas principais decisões de planejamento e estrutura, discutimos considerações importantes sobre seguros e oferecemos suporte contábil e financeiro para fortalecer sua base. Também ajudamos você a pensar no lado prático do lançamento e crescimento, incluindo preparação, organização, tomada de decisões e os sistemas que sua empresa pode precisar para avançar com eficácia. O objetivo é criar um roteiro prático que proteja seu negócio, melhore a preparação e o posicione para um crescimento sustentável. Em vez de oferecer conselhos genéricos, trabalhamos para proporcionar maior clareza, uma direção mais precisa e uma noção mais clara do que precisa ser feito a seguir para que seu negócio possa avançar com mais confiança.

Terms & Conditions By booking a service, session, consultation, or package with BASE, you agree to the following terms: Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are not confirmed until payment is received. Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability and must be booked in advance. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and may count as a used appointment or session. Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable and may be counted as completed services. Refunds: Single services or sessions are non-refundable once booked. Packages are non-refundable after the first session, appointment, or service has taken place. Unused services may not be refunded, though BASE may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling or credit toward future services. Package Use: Package sessions or services must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Client Responsibility: BASE services are collaborative. Progress and results depend on the client’s participation, preparation, responsiveness, and follow-through. No Guaranteed Results: BASE provides guidance, support, strategy, and related services to help clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Results will vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Scope of Services: BASE services are provided for educational, informational, professional, and business support purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice or any other licensed professional service unless explicitly stated. Professional Conduct: BASE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or any behavior that disrupts the service process or working relationship. Changes to Services or Policies: BASE reserves the right to update these terms, pricing, or service structure at any time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to that purchase. Agreement: By booking a service with BASE, you acknowledge and agree to these terms so we can create a clear, professional, and productive experience.
