Nossa sessão inicial de 30 minutos foi criada para nos ajudar a entender em que ponto você se encontra na sua jornada empresarial e como a BASE pode melhor apoiá-lo(a) daqui para frente. Seja você um(a) empreendedor(a) iniciante, esteja aprimorando um plano existente ou buscando estruturar melhor um negócio já em andamento, esta sessão ajuda a esclarecer em que estágio você está e quais devem ser seus próximos passos. Juntos, identificaremos suas necessidades imediatas, discutiremos seus objetivos e analisaremos as áreas que podem precisar de mais atenção neste momento. Isso pode incluir questões sobre planejamento, estrutura, finanças, marca, prontidão ou outros aspectos essenciais para construir e expandir uma pequena empresa. O objetivo desta sessão não é sobrecarregá-lo(a), mas sim ajudá-lo(a) a obter uma direção mais clara e uma melhor compreensão do que seu negócio mais precisa. A partir daí, começamos a delinear uma base prática para os próximos passos, para que você não fique sem saber o que fazer. Em vez de conselhos genéricos, você sairá com mais clareza, uma direção mais precisa e um caminho mais definido para o futuro, baseado no seu negócio, seus objetivos e seu estágio atual. Esta sessão foi concebida para ajudar você a avançar com mais confiança, maior foco e o apoio necessário para construir uma base mais sólida.

Terms & Conditions By booking a service, session, consultation, or package with BASE, you agree to the following terms: Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are not confirmed until payment is received. Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability and must be booked in advance. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and may count as a used appointment or session. Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable and may be counted as completed services. Refunds: Single services or sessions are non-refundable once booked. Packages are non-refundable after the first session, appointment, or service has taken place. Unused services may not be refunded, though BASE may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling or credit toward future services. Package Use: Package sessions or services must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Client Responsibility: BASE services are collaborative. Progress and results depend on the client’s participation, preparation, responsiveness, and follow-through. No Guaranteed Results: BASE provides guidance, support, strategy, and related services to help clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Results will vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Scope of Services: BASE services are provided for educational, informational, professional, and business support purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice or any other licensed professional service unless explicitly stated. Professional Conduct: BASE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or any behavior that disrupts the service process or working relationship. Changes to Services or Policies: BASE reserves the right to update these terms, pricing, or service structure at any time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to that purchase. Agreement: By booking a service with BASE, you acknowledge and agree to these terms so we can create a clear, professional, and productive experience.
