Nuestra sesión inicial de 30 minutos está diseñada para ayudarnos a comprender en qué etapa se encuentra su negocio y cómo BASE puede brindarle el mejor apoyo para avanzar. Ya sea que esté comenzando con una nueva idea de negocio, perfeccionando un plan existente o buscando estructurar mejor un negocio ya en marcha, esta sesión le ayudará a clarificar su situación y sus próximos pasos. Juntos, identificaremos sus necesidades inmediatas, analizaremos sus objetivos y las áreas que requieren mayor atención en este momento. Esto puede incluir preguntas sobre planificación, estructura, finanzas, marca, preparación u otros aspectos clave para el desarrollo y crecimiento de una pequeña empresa. El propósito de esta sesión no es abrumarlo, sino ayudarlo a obtener una dirección más clara y una mejor comprensión de las necesidades de su negocio. A partir de ahí, comenzaremos a delinear una base práctica para los próximos pasos, para que no tenga dudas sobre qué hacer a continuación. En lugar de consejos genéricos, saldrá con mayor claridad, una dirección más sólida y un camino más definido hacia adelante, basado en su negocio, sus objetivos y su etapa actual. Esta sesión está diseñada para ayudarte a avanzar con más confianza, mayor concentración y el apoyo necesario para construir sobre una base más sólida.

Terms & Conditions By booking a service, session, consultation, or package with BASE, you agree to the following terms: Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Services are not confirmed until payment is received. Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on availability and must be booked in advance. Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and may count as a used appointment or session. Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are non-refundable and may be counted as completed services. Refunds: Single services or sessions are non-refundable once booked. Packages are non-refundable after the first session, appointment, or service has taken place. Unused services may not be refunded, though BASE may, at its discretion, allow rescheduling or credit toward future services. Package Use: Package sessions or services must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Client Responsibility: BASE services are collaborative. Progress and results depend on the client’s participation, preparation, responsiveness, and follow-through. No Guaranteed Results: BASE provides guidance, support, strategy, and related services to help clients move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Results will vary, and no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Scope of Services: BASE services are provided for educational, informational, professional, and business support purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice or any other licensed professional service unless explicitly stated. Professional Conduct: BASE reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, inappropriate conduct, or any behavior that disrupts the service process or working relationship. Changes to Services or Policies: BASE reserves the right to update these terms, pricing, or service structure at any time. The terms in effect at the time of booking will apply to that purchase. Agreement: By booking a service with BASE, you acknowledge and agree to these terms so we can create a clear, professional, and productive experience.
